I believe that the black tube is for the wire from the small sumlog propeller outside of the keel.

Hello,

I'm a new owner of an Albin vega here in Mariehamn with thousand questions but I will split them in different topics in order to avoid confusion.

So the first question/problem is that few days ago I noticed that the battery compartment was almost full of water and despite emptying it every 4 hours it was full again.

After investigation I noticed a small black tube which was attached with some tape beside the engine (see picture). and at this time it was detached and leaking water.

Also after emptying the water I could see that this tube seems to be directly connected in hull.

my question is what is the purpose of this tube ? because it is not connected to anything.
